Richard is the Executive Director of Rural and Migrant Ministry, an organization in the Diocese of New York and beyond, that works for justice for farmworkers in New York State. For more than 35 years, RMM has been in the forefront of work on immigration, fair employment policies, and many other dimensions of the lives of the folks who help to pick the food we eat.
