Update on Round Table Discussions for Parish Profile

The Search Committee is organizing two hour-long Round Table discussions, one following the 11 a.m. service on March 3, and the second following the 11 a.m. service on the March 17. These discussions are designed to supplement the Questionnaire you recently received as a means of gathering information for the Parish Profile, which is an important step in the search process for a new rector. In order to plan properly and accommodate everyone who would like to participate in the discussions, we are posting sign up sheets on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall. We want to hear what you have to say about finding a new rector for Ascension, so please join your fellow parishioners to exchange ideas about our hopes, needs, and aspirations for the future!

A reminder that the parish Questionnaire can be found online here. Paper copies are also available in the Parish Hall and in the Narthex. Please submit your completed questionnaire by Sunday, February 24th.

Quoting Robin Wall Kimmerer, the rector reminds us that “when we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us,” and invites us to deepen our love and commitment to our fragile, beautiful planet.
