Harvest Dinner November 28th

As part of our stewardship campaign we will have an all-parish celebration with a Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, November 28th at 7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Our speaker will be The Rev. Jim Burns, retired Rector of The Church of the Heavenly Rest in New York City. Fr. Burns will share his insights on stewardship and his experience of the interim process. Please join us to celebrate a fruitful harvest!

For our stewardship theme this year, we have chosen the words of Jesus telling the disciples to bear “fruit that will last.” Here is the link for the 2013 Stewardship Campaign Booklet with a pledge card enclosed for you to complete and return.

Mother Liz links this to Sunday’s gospel promise that we dwell in Christ and Christ in us—a mysterious communion revealed to those who love, inviting us to be present to the holy in the everyday.
