Flower Memorial for All Saints Sunday. For centuries, Christians have commemorated those who, having professed faith in the living Christ in days past, now have entered into the nearer presence of our Lord. We will celebrate the Feast of All Saints on Sunday, November 4 this year. To include the names of loved ones in the All Saints Memorial List this year, please email the parish administrator or fill out the form in your bulletin and place it in the offering plate or return it to the church office by Sunday, October 28. On the 25th anniversary of September 11, Mother Liz invites us to remember those lost, the first responders’ sacrifice, and the courage and compassion that arose amid devastation. Ascension will be open for prayer and reflection from 8 am to 5 pm, with bells tolling at 8:46. She shares a prayer from Bishop Allen Shin, calling us to confront hatred, resist violence, and make peace.
