The next Forum will take place this Sunday at 12:30pm (after the 11am service). We will hear from parishioner Chrys Fairchild who spent six weeks walking across the north of Spain on the Camino to Santiago de Compostela last fall. Chrys will share some of her experiences and images from her pilgrimage along one of the earliest European “highways”.

The Camino de Santiago, also known as the “Pilgrimage of Compostela” and also “The Way of Saint James” among other names, is a network of pilgrims’ ways serving pilgrimage to the shrine of the apostle Saint James the Great in the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia in northwestern Spain, where tradition has it that the remains of the saint are buried. Many follow its routes as a form of spiritual path or retreat for spiritual growth. [from Wikipedia]
