The following is a message from Christ Church Cathedral, Houston.

Dear Cathedral Family,

Hurricane Harvey has finally moved east, thanks be to God. Please keep our sisters and brothers in Louisiana in prayer as they now face heavy and sustained rains. Prayers also continue for all those in Houston and the surrounding area, including our own parishioners, who have been displaced by the storm. I am humbled by the number of parishioners who have reached out in the past few days to ask how you can help with relief efforts. Others have expressed concern about the status of the Cathedral campus.
