Ascension Outreach & Resistance Cinema will present Shadows of Liberty (2012 – 93 minutes) in the Parish Hall on April 4, 2017, at 7pm. The address is 12 West 11th Street; film screening is free – donations gladly accepted.

Shadows of Liberty reveals the extraordinary truth behind the news media: censorship, cover-ups and corporate control.

Our post-screening discussion will be led by Janine Jackson, producer and host of the radio show “CounterSpin” and program director at FAIR (Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting). Join us for what’s sure to be a stimulating and informative event!
