Rector Search Committee Presents Three Finalists to Vestry

On Wednesday, July 16, the Search Committee presented a slate of three finalists for our next rector to the Vestry. From an original pool of more than 90 applicants, the committee determined that the gifts and talents of these three candidates most closely match the rector qualities we seek, and come closest to our parish and community fit as we have come to understand it. It is now the task of the Vestry to interview each of them and to discern which one is the best fit for Ascension. We ask for your prayers for the Vestry, the candidates, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit through this final stage of our parish search process.
