The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 12 at 7pm in the Parish Hall. The book to be discussed is The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd which is set in the American South in 1964, the year of the Civil Rights Act and intensifying racial unrest. It is a coming-of-age story that addresses the difficulty of loss and betrayal. All are welcome to join and participate in the Book Group.

Parish News: August 23
This week our associate rector, Father Ed, reflects on late summer’s quieter rhythm in the city and the subtle shifts in energy he observes while making pastoral calls. He contrasts the effects of anxiety-inducing news cycles with the neurological benefits of worship and faith community—the oxytocin and endorphins that come from fellowship. He encourages us to keep returning to church, trusting that our shared spiritual practice sustains hope.
