Christmas Concerts at Ascension

Tuesday & Wednesday, December 10 & 11, 2013 at 8:00 PM

Conductor Dennis Keene leads the Voices of Ascension chorus in their most popular concerts of the season! Once again the church will be lit by hundreds of candles as the Voices of Ascension presents four centuries of Christmas music – a wonderful mixture of classical pieces and favorite Christmas carols. Join us in welcoming the up-and-coming soprano Abigail Santos-Villalobos. Favorite of the Santa Fe, Cincinnati and San Francisco opera programs, Abigail’s lustrous voice will add even more warmth to your holiday! For tickets and information, visit: Voices of Ascension or call the box office at (212) 358-7060.

As part of our bicentennial celebration, the committee is gathering remembrances of parishioners and friends buried from our parish over the past 25 years, to be shared throughout the year. Read this week’s newsletter to learn how you can contribute a remembrance of someone you knew and loved.
