Please join us on Sunday, March 6th, for our traditional Pancake Celebration in preparation for our Lenten season. The celebration will begin immediately after our 11:00 am service and be filled with plenty of fun, food and spirit of Mardi Gras. A sign up sheet is in the Parish Hall for those who are inspired to bring coffee cake, cookies or other Mardi Gras favorites for the community to enjoy. Or, you may also email Denise Kelly at denise@ascensionnyc.org with your traditional favorite and she will include it on the list. All members and visitors are welcome to join us in this annual favorite.

She shares letters from detained immigrants—our siblings and beloved children of God—and invites us to pray, witness, fast in solidarity, support families of detainees, do justice, and act with mercy.
