Ascension is a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive community of people who gather to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, to give praise and thanks to God through the beauty of worship, and to love and serve God and our neighbors.

Current Worship Schedule

Ascension is currently offering eight worship services each week:

Sundays at 11 a.m., via Zoom: Our primary worship service, with scripture, hymns, sermon, choral anthem, and community prayers
Sundays at 9 a.m., at the Church of the Ascension, Fifth Avenue at Tenth Street: Holy Eucharist
Wednesdays at 6 p.m., at the Church of the Ascension: Holy Eucharist
Monday through Friday at 5:30 p.m., via Zoom: Evening Prayer

For now, most other public services and programs of the Church of the Ascension are taking place online until further notice. Contact the parish office to learn how to attend our online services via Zoom.
