Please join us for our parish feast day at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 10, 2018, which is celebrated with a festal Eucharist, baptism and the Ascension choir. The service will be followed by a reception in the Parish Hall. We welcome all as we celebrate both the Ascension of Jesus and our life together at The Church of the Ascension.

For Welcome Back Sunday, Mother Liz explores the parable of workers hired throughout the day but paid the same wage, provoking questions about abundance and what we fear in sharing generously. She welcomes back summer travelers and the returning choir, inviting us to trust in God’s abundance and practice generosity as we gather to do the urgent work we’re called to together.
