sanctuaryThis Sunday, September 7th, the 11 o’clock service returns to the sanctuary with the Ascension choir and special service music (see sidebar). Sunday Services: 9am Holy Eucharist at Side Altar; 11am Holy Eucharist in the church with sermon, music & choir; 7pm Service of Meditations and Sacrament including chant, interfaith readings and communion. Also, the Summer Proclamation Series continues on September 14th during our 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services. There are several special events on the horizon including Rogation Day – September 21; Welcome Back Sunday – September 28; Blessing of the Animals – October 5; Haunted Church Halloween for children – October 31.

Drawing on recent courageous witness from clergy and neighbors responding to injustice, Mother Liz invites us to live our shared calling with courage, creativity, and compassion so that others may taste and see the goodness of God through our life together.
